The Rotor Shield is used to protect the inside of the rotor post-session (after you rinse and re-lubricate it as per manufacturers instructions).
The shield simply slides on: prevents damage to the shaft, inhibits any debris that could embed itself into the lubricant which could later cause damage to the stator when instaleld and operated, and deters the residue lubricant from spilling out.
The shield fits Flipsky 6384, Foil Drive, and other same-sized outrunner motor rotors.
